Universal in Quick Printing’s 2009 Top 100

Universal Printing, one of the Triangle's leading full-service printing, graphic design, digital printing, mailing and fulfillment companies, was once again named to Quick Printing's Top 100 list, which ranks the top 100 printing companies in the United States.

The Quick Printing Top 100 is published each year to spotlight the leading small commercial printing companies in North America. The list ranks printing companies by sales figures, number of locations and number of employees. Total sales for the collection of the Top 100 printers was $512 million, a decline of 15.56% from 2008.

According to Karen Lowery Hall, Managing Editor of Quick Printing Magazine, " 2009 delivered some of the darkest days our industry has ever experienced. And being a Top 100 company didn’t provide any shelter from the economic turbulence. Quick and small commercial printers have weathered storms before, but this recession was a real beast in anyone’s book."
