I recently worked with Universal for the printing materials for one of our conferences. I worked with David for this project and wanted to personally express how grateful I was for his service. He was incredibly helpful and flexible in a project that had several iterations and last minute changes. It was great to work with him in a situation that could have easily become frustrating.
