Universal Printing was honored with three 2010 PrintImage Excellence Awards at the NAPL/NAQP Owners Conference, Sept. 30-Oct. 2, in Chicago. Universal Printing received a 2nd Place Award in 4-color Offset Printing and also for Binding and Finishing. Additionally, Universal Printing received honors for Best Use of Paper in their recent Rethink campaign. The awards were presented at the annual Awards Luncheon, sponsored by Kodak, on Oct. 1st at the InterContinental Hotel.

PrintImage Excellence Awards were presented to quick and small commercial printers for industry excellence in 17 categories, ranging from one-color offset printing to binding and finishing, in-house design, wide format and high-production digital printing, and cross-media campaigns. More than 125 entries were received in this year’s competition.

“These awards showcase the breadth of printing and related service excellence among quick and small commercial printers,” said NAPL President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph P. Truncale. “The high level of craftsmanship and industry knowledge exhibited by these honorees is a testament not only to their individual acumen, but the quality output that is a trademark of our industry. We are very proud to be honoring them with 2010 PrintImage Excellence Awards.”

“By employing outstanding people and providing them with the very best tools and most innovative technology we continue to deliver the 'right' solutions to our clients increasingly complex graphic communications projects,” said Bob Moura, President & CEO of Universal Printing. “Implementation of our Rethink Design + Print + Mail campaign that offers a Single Source Solution, together with bundled services discounts, has dramatically simplified the entire print process and reduced overall cost for our clients”

Universal Printing, along with other PrintImage Excellence Award winners, will be featured in an NAPL upcoming member publication and the November issue of Quick Printing Magazine.

What our Clients think...
I have been using Universal Printing for more than 5 years now. I rely on them for a wide range of things from posters, brochures and business cards to complex booklets with die cuts, metallics, varnishes and multiple pantone colors. My jobs are usually "rush orders" and they have not let me down yet.
