Common questions and answers:
Turnaround times (from quotes through service delivery)?
- Currently Quotes and service deliveries and shipments are happening within normal SOPs
Any impact to your subcontracted suppliers that could impact print fulfillment or deliveries?
- No impact. If your facility is locked down or your receiving practices have changed please let your account representative know so we can accommodate your specific needs and not waste any resources.
What steps is your organization taking regarding business continuity and disaster recovery?
- We have locked down our production facility and are screening any non-employees who may need access to our facility. This will remain in force for the foreseeable future.
- We are discouraging client visits unless necessary.
- We are installing an intercom system so that we can communicate with clients as the approach the front door without them having to enter the building and utilizing exterior bins on our loading dock for pickup of jobs from our facility.
- Effective 3/23, we will begin 2 totally segregated and fully functional work shifts so that in the event of exposure we will still be able to operate and meet demand.
- We are sanitizing all surfaces at the beginning and the end of all shifts. Additionally, professional building sanitization is scheduled twice per week (between separate crew shifts.)
We are updating our Disaster Recovery Plan to include all current outsource partners that will cover all production in the event of a temporary shutdown.
