Shipping At Universal Printing and Publishing, we deal directly with all major courier services, and will ship your materials anywhere in the world. We have online access to FedEx and UPS and can bill your account directly, or we can bill you later!		Fulfillment Many of our clients want volume pricing, but have limited storage available.
