Uploading files to UPP's FTP server can be accomplished in a few steps. Our FTP server returns with few problems and allows large files to be uploaded. If, at any time, you have trouble transferring files to our server, please call John Cowgell at (919) 361-5809, ext. 127.

The Process
Three steps: 1) Read this instruction page, 2) Fill in an information form, 3) Upload your file(s) (for this step, you may need an FTP program).

File Formats
We accept almost all kinds of file formats, from most computer platforms and networks. Click here for our software list.

For an even smoother transaction, package your files into one compact file using either WinZIP for IBM, or Stuffit for Macintosh.

Note that if a file is less than 3.5 megabytes (3.5M or 3,500K), attaching the file to an e-mail to your sales representative or customer service representative will expedite the process.

Before submitting any files to Universal Printing & Publishing, please take a few minutes to review our Preflight Checklist to ensure proper file readiness.
